Founded by seasoned instructor Rob McLam, our academy is built on a passion for helping players of all skill levels unlock their potential. Whether you're refining your swing or starting fresh, every lesson is designed with personal growth and game improvement in mind.

Vision
Develop my unique training methods, all aimed at syncing the body and mind in preparation for competing against the best. I believe that a rigorous training system develops the physical strength and mental stamina required to compete at the game's highest levels. Not only keeping up with the latest training techniques and methodologies but pushing my athletes to the limit. For my youth, hard work, respect, mental toughness, and good grades will always be a requirement to continue in the program.
To truly excel at golf, you'll need the right Golf Instructor teaching the correct program. That's why I've made it my mission to work with aspiring golfers to get them more focused, powerful, and technically proficient than they've ever been before. I believe in training to win and competing with sportsmanship. The results, more than anything, are a direct reflection of my success as a Golf Instructor.
Coach McLam
Certified Coaching
U.S. Kids Golf Certified Coaches are recognized as experts in teaching golf to kids ages 12 and under. Certified Coaches learn to leverage their expertise by incorporating an in-depth understanding of club fitting for young golfers and utilizing a game-based learning method.
At McLam Golf Academy, you're learning from a
Certified PGA Associate, a designation that reflects professional excellence, deep knowledge of the game, and a commitment to high teaching standards. With a
consistently high approval rating from the PGA, this certification ensures you're getting top-tier instruction trusted by golfers nationwide.
